I KNOW I should, but I just can’t seem to…

Ten minutes.

That’s it. I know – you think that is my solution to everything…well, it pretty much is. Ten minutes of focused time, daily, on whatever you want to create in your world will bring about swift and permanent change. It doesn’t seem like much, but try it, now…you are worth it.

Set your timer for 10 minutes, and make a list of the areas of your home or work spaces that are zapping your energy, every time you walk by.

The files that need to be put in order, the blind that needs 5 minutes of attention, the overflowing laundry basket, the tangled cords under the desk, your email Inbox…

… you know – the small, annoying things that grab your attention every time you notice them. They are grabbing a lot more than your attention, so brain dump them onto a list, then put a 10 minute slot into your calendar every day this week.

Stop asking yourself :How am I going to do that?” or “When will I find the time?”.

Just make the list and focus on this question: “How will I feel when this is complete?” Peaceful? Accomplishing? Happy?

Then plug that word into these re-patterning statements and begin consciously creating a new reality for yourself!

  • choose to create ___________ in 10 minute focused timeslots this week.
  • I am free to experience ______________, and I consciously create it by _______
  • know how it feels to be __________, I experienced it just now when I look at my list and my plan.
  • am actively exploring creating ___________ in my home/workspace this week.
  • Good job ME!

I look forward to hearing what is manifesting for you! Pop your questions, comments or challenges onto the Belief Re-patterning Facebook page, and one of our community will respond!

Who Am I – REALLY?

“What do you really want?”

“I want to be just like you!”

“Oh – you want to be just like you?”

“No, I want to be just like YOU!”

An excerpt from an actual conversation that happened several years ago with a participant in one of my courses. Anne was feeling lost, and she was looking everywhere to try and find herself. Our conversation continued…

“I’m wondering…is the reason you want to be like me because I really show up as myself, and that’s what you want to do?”

Anne’s eyes got big and began to well with tears as she realized… “Yes – I just don’t know how to be just like me”.

  • I forgive myself for believing I need to be someone else in order to be OK.
  • I give myself permission to explore who I am, really, under the layers of protection.
  • choose to uncover who I really am.
  • I am free to explore being me, and have fun doing it!
  • feel most like myself when I am…… (your own specific examples)
  • I’m uncovering who I really am – claiming the parts I love and using the uncomfortable bits to learn and change.
  • am grateful for co-creating who I really am!

If you know someone having a challenge finding themselves, please point them in the direction of Belief Re-patterning. Through one of our courses, seminars, or working with a Practitioner, we guarantee they will not only uncover the truth of who they really are, but fall in love with themselves in the process!

This past weekend, I reminded myself of who I really am – a woman who adores wandering through amazing art galleries and listening to very cool music.

Where do you find yourself? I invite you to take yourself there – if only in your imagination. It’s one step closer, and that’s all it takes.

Put On Your Catcher’s Mitt

I don’t follow baseball – but awhile ago I was in Kansas City, Missouri, and wandered by the Kauffman Stadium. I found myself thinking back to all the games of pick up and scrub I played as a kid. At recess and after school I couldn’t wait to grab my miit, and get out on the diamond. I was excited and ready to play.

Are you bringing that kid kind of anticipation and fun to your life-game? If you aren’t seeming to get what you want it is NOT because you don’t deserve it. You deserve good things simply because you are alive. Try raising your vibration, and you’ll find your catcher’s mitt will be there!

  • forgive myself for believing I need to DO something in order to be worthy.
  • I give myself permission to know I am already worthy – simply because I am alive.
  • choose to claim my birthright of worth, put a smile on my face and a catcher’s mitt on my hand!
  • I’m free to receive the good that is available, just by raising my own vibration.
  • I remember that excited anticipation I felt when I was a kid.
  • I am worthy of increasing the good in my life.
  • am grateful to myself for raising my vibration and willingly receiving the good!

Learning to love, honour, respect and cherish ourselves is the best gift we bring to the world. As we “fall in love” with ourselves, we fall in love with life, and life reciprocates.

Here’s to catching the good that is already all around you…and claiming it. There is more than enough for everyone!

Suze
